Features for dealers
What dealers can do on Pure Neo, feature by feature.
Profile
The profile is how a dealer presents its business on Pure Neo: the business name, where it's based, how long it's been around, and a description the dealer writes. Anyone who looks up the dealer lands here.
Setups
Dealers also build setups, and often for someone else: a customer. They curate a complete system to fit a customer's budget, or map an upgrade path that starts from what the customer already owns. On top of that, dealers get two functions of their own. A dealer with more than one store can assign each setup to one of them. And a setup can be marked for what it is: a curated example put together from the brands the dealer sells, or a system that's actually standing in the store, ready for a demo.
Dealers can also price their setups, with a different meaning behind the number: for them the total is the offering price, what the system costs to buy from them.

Dashboard
The dashboard gives dealers one place to see how their account stands on Pure Neo: how complete their presence is, which brands have verified them, and what still needs attention.
Each part of the account, from brands and products to in-stock items and setups, shows a current count and a link to get there directly. Setup quality highlights which setups are demo-ready and what the others are still missing.
The dashboard also shows which brands have confirmed the dealer as authorized, which haven't responded yet, and which the dealer hasn't requested verification from. Product coverage breaks down by brand and by category, so the dealer can see where to fill gaps.
Brand management
Brand management is where dealers show which brands they sell at each of their stores. They add a brand, choose the store, and can declare themselves an authorized dealer. Once the manufacturer verifies the relationship, both the Authorized and Verified badges appear on the dealer’s public page.
Removing a brand also removes its products from that store.
Product management
Product management is where dealers show which specific products they sell, store by store. They pick products from the catalogs of the brands they represent and add them to a store.
Each product carries three availability flags: in stock, demo, and used. These are independent, so a product can be in stock and set up for demo at the same time, or marked as used and nothing else. And because they’re per store, the same product can be in stock at one shop and not at another. The flags help visitors find exactly what’s available where.
If a product is missing from the database, the dealer can request it.
Store management
For dealers with more than one location, store management is where they set up and maintain each store separately. Every store carries its own name, type (physical, online, or both), address, contact details, website, and opening hours, and each one gets its own public page on the platform.
Brands and products are managed per store, so visitors can see exactly what’s available at each location.
AI Readiness Check
Dealers can also order an AI Readiness Check for the brands they sell or are considering. The check runs the same seven AI models, showing how visible the brand is and what reputation it has: what it’s known for, what it’s praised for, and what draws criticism.
Early beta, rolling out October 2026.
